โ โ โ โ โ Pergi kat cawangan Alor Setar, buat treatment rambut sbb rambut gugur, last2 rambut bersepah makin gugur โบ๏ธ, tu pon siap pakai tonic rambut dia jugak, smpai dh habis 1 botol tu pon gugur makin teruk gak...
Pastu bila tanya why rambut makin gugur & apa yg patut sy buat, dia cuba cari salah kita pulak, ckp yg sy xbuat treatment tu ngn owner salon tu, pergi buat ngn pekerja dia...
Padahal hari yg sy booking tu owner dia pon takde, yg adenya 2 org pekerja dia jer, kalau nk mengelat tu mcm2 alasan dia bg, pandaiii ?
Pastu last2 tanya nk Kene buat mcm mne ni rambut makin gugur kan, takkan nk tnggu botak pulak, sy pon xmintak refund ke apa ke, just tanya what should i do?!, Tp bluetick menghilangkan entah kemana buat mcm masalah ni dh settle ?
Edit : dh mintak refund tp katanya xboleh sbb sudah habis penggunaan tonic tu, tp kalau kita bgthu ada masalah rambut gugur sblm habis 1 botol tu dia akan ckp Kene habiskan dulu sbb makan masa untuk berkesan.... Bila dh habis guna ckp x bgthu awal2 produk xmenjadi... Katanya lagi sbb hq xbg utk refund ?
Mls lah nk layan, kalau dh nmpk tak nak bertanggungjawab mcm ni so kita takyah repeat apa2 lagi dh โบ๏ธ

Pastu last2 asked nk Here for mcm mne ni hair is falling more right, I won't nk wait bald pulak, sy pon xmintak refund to what, just ask what should i do?!, Tp bluetick eliminates somewhere for mcm this problem dh settle ?
Edit: dh asked for a refund but he said xboleh sbb has used up the use of the tonic, but if we know there is a problem of hair loss before running out of 1 bottle he will ckp Here spend it first sbb eat time to be effective .... When dh runs out of ckp x bgthu awal2 produk xmenjadi ... He said again sbb hq xbg for a refund ?
Mls lah nk layan, if dh nmpk doesn't want to be responsible mcm ni so we won't repeat anything else dh โบ๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ Sblm buat appointment, dh tanya harga berapa dan dh confirmkan pon. Tpi bila nak bayar, harga dh naik lebih dari double. Harga mahal ok lgi tpi end result teruk gila, tak padan dgn harga yg kita bayar.
Staff yg cuci rambut kasar sgt, takda lngsung urut kepala ke apa ke. Masa blow rambut entah mna dia boleh tertarik subang yg saya pakai. Subang kecik je pon, bukannya anting2 smpai nak tersangkut bagai, tak pasal2 sakit telinga. Utk treatment diorang takda produk kedai agaknya, smpai kita plak kena keluar duit lebih utk beli satu set produk ( mahal ok bukan murah ), klau tak beli nanti, tak boleh buat treatment plak, katanya la. Dye rambut penuh kena muka, smpai bawah mata pon ada bekas dye, blkg tengkuk pon penuh. Potong rambut pon teruk jgk hasilnya, lebih teruk dari sblm potong. Dgn layer apa pon takda. Owner potong rambut cincai gila. Serious la, muka saya nmpak buruk skrg disebabkan style rambut yg entah apa dia.
Sapa2 yg bercadang nak pi salon ni, tak payah la. Buang duit, masa dan buat sakit hati ja. Tak pasal2 saya rugi duit, pastu nak kena cari hair stylist lain plak utk repair potongan rambut buruk ni. Klau ikut tu, nk bgi minus 100 bintang.
