★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever. waited for more than 1 week to received the parcel. the customer service really not help at all.she keep told me that she will update but no update. ok fine. then i had to call again them everyday to check the status . yesterday after getting on my nerve and after scolded her on phone, and today only got the parcel. seriously , i'm not a person who like to scold people, but when you are too slow and dont have any valid reason when i ask, then you deserved it. so sorry no sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called few times to pick up hotline, your people just hung up my call once i mentioned i want the pick up service. Damn it, just tell me where to call ! Instead of just cut my line rudely and is not my problem i called to the old pickup number, you printed it on your slip. Wasting my time just to ask you to come and pick up. Promised to collect the parcel on the day but never come. Fine, i will get another courier service to handle my business. WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER.

Please do not make fake promise, when you cannot achieve it and you are just wasting people time to wait your delivery for the whole morning. Your staff incompetence is making us a huge loss. Also, please do no simply throw a notification card and simply get away from the parcel delivery. Why not to just give us a call before you leave our mailing address? A simple call doesn't cost you much than making a 2nd delivery attempt right? I guess this is the first and last time I gonna use your delivery ! So terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of 5 deliveries, I need to personally come here to pick up my delivery. Staffs working here are helpful but the delivery man or driver sending to my segambut area really ?! His feed back to company was I never answer call but in fact I never receive any calls! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Promised but never deliver even after called you in early morning. Give you driver contact number but driver never pick-up phone call. Put remark to call if deliver later than certain hour but ignored. Deliver at their own convenience only. No point if you unable to deliver, you waste your time and petrol and waste recipient waiting time. Cannot be waiting whole day just to for your unknown delivery time. Never had this problem with other courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst courier service I have ever encountered!
They did NOT deliver my item for over 2 weeks even though tracking service showed that item was already at their wrehouse. No reasons given for not delivering. I have waiting all these while. Have to get my supplier to follow-up. Even then it's slow coach service.
It seems they have only 1 telephone line. I tried calling for days, can never seem to get through.
Eventually, they tried to deliver. I was out for a quick lunch nearby. They just left a note. If they had bother to call.me, I would have been back within minutes.
Tried to call them to reschedule but as usual, can never get through their line. So, after 2 weeks, I still have NOT got my item!!!
If one is looking for reliable courier, AVOID this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airpak is truly becoming a pain in the a__ for many people who work in the vicinity. Trucks (some bearing the Airpak logo, many without) start blocking and taking up more than half of the already narrow road. Jalan 51A/243 is pretty much inaccessible from as early as 4pm. Their drivers act like thugs when you ask them to move. Several attempts to meet their management has been futile. Nobody picks up the phone too most of the time. Managers are not around most of the time. The management or owners better step in to rectify this problem. Maybe the police or MBPJ should assign personnel to come and monitor the situation. If there is an emergency situation where an ambulance or fire engine needs to pass this road, that is definitely impossible.
