★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached the place without anyone at the front desk. I had to knock on the glass door to gain attention.
I have come to this place as one of my friends had prior good experience with them when she did her umrah few years ago. If it had been just these people alone and it's advertisement, there is nothing attractive about it, compared to other travel agency.
The lady who opened the door looked dazed and "silly", prompting me to ask whether she is working today or not. And then another guy came out and asked me to sit.
As I had gone through the packages offered on my laptop at home, and had made my choice package, I decided to go ahead and booked the package with them. If it had been for these people alone, they did not provide me any significant or important information.
I hope the management ensure that staff are at the front desk and work-ready and not half-baked and smiling and giggling childishly. And later I found out, the ustaz that my friend went with earlier is no longer working with Al-Kawsar. However, I hope I had made a good decision to go with them.
