★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad, everything was broken, the entrance card used for 3 months, it was no longer working, the water was leaked, the elevator was dirty, came to stay many, the security gate was broken all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to stay with my brother house but unfortunately my shoes was stolen inside of gate house. Report to the security and management but there is no further action. Its not 1st time.. But few time happen the same things. Management failed to take full responsibility of tenants safety and security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst condo ever in my life. Dirty lift always have water spread on the floor. And for only three lift can use, the lift bomba is out of date. Please, management make a changes for this. If is emergency use, please close it. The lift bomba always can’t press button. I heard some old tenant neighbours said, this issues have been few years. Wow perfect, have been few years also don’t want to make any improvements. Your conscience are normal? The management every month take the owner management fees manage what? Manage the office lady sit at there for nothing?
The whole house is bad facilities such as the sewer drain, always have cockroaches. And the sink hose can rust only for few years. The developer Using so cheap materials?
Pay for the management fees for what? The security is bad. Someone steal our shoes. And those people throw the cigarettes to my house also without any help from management. SILK or SYMPHONY condo is more better than you all ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New condominium which is still semi occupied. 2 blocks with security and access card entrance, and connected to the ground Amerin shopping mall which makes it a very convenient place. Both blocks have different entrance and different lifts, and both blocks are connected on Level 7 which hosts the amenities level including a beautiful big swimming pool, gymnasium and more. Access to floors is limited by access card. Rather peaceful place since is still rather empty. And with all the shops and supermarket in the mall, it's a very good place to live.
