★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the services by USJ 10 branch more than 5 years ago and stay put. Since then, visited Puchong Jaya branch few times and the customer services are so poor. Very reluctant to answer call and explain more on products. I guess this is the only branch closed at 4pm sharp or 1-2 min earlier.

Now,need to travel and still pending according to customer's service (over the phone). The joke is the branch doesnt have a real xkntacy number on Google map. ? A mobile number and it's wrong? Serious this is HSBC?
