★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought EP-T18NC for 2 days but it is disappointing that it cannot hook securely inside my ears - either right or left. Left is worse. Contacted Aukey support but they said nothing can do because i need to live with the default eartip that come in the box. Tested with all 3 sizes but it still cannot hook up securely. Aukey should come out with earfin that can secure hook things inside our ears. For example, Bose came out with earfin that secure inside people ears without the worry of what kind of the ear design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy and simple product purchase experience but one of the staff make it difficult for me to give 5 star rating. He let me test the charger first before buying it. But i told the staff not to open the cable seal which included in the box, the staff just refuse by saying "its okay, takpe takpe" and open it casually. After done testing he just seal it back and put in the box. Because at the testing area there's lot of cable that can be use but instead the staff just use my pre-included cable in the box. That's just not so nice in my opinion.
I know im being picky but I'm not purchasing a cheap charger.
