★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's well organized, the security is helpful and maintain a good queue system during pandemic. I often visit the TCS office at 22nd floor, there is a convenient store at the ground floor. Since it is in KL sentral , all transport is available be it bus or train. You can also book grab at your our convenience. Lots of eateries and coffee shops are present. The cooling system is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good SOPs around wellness and safety. Swiftly directed by guards and receptionist in whats to be done structurely and promptly.
Due to COVID SOPs cafes are closed and a few areas are restricted.
Business is as usual carried out online, meetings, bill payments and inquiries can be made via Axiata, Celcom or other subsidiary's website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The offices are just fine but I cannot begin to describe how much I hate the parking situation here. I mean, just forget about it and take a Grab if you're a visitor. You have to go up at least to the 7th or 8th floor to get a small chance of getting parking. Everything beneath that is a reserved space for the tenants. So stupid.
