★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah, tadi pertama kali beli itik salai dari kedai ni. Seekor RM45. Sangat berbaloi kerana itik nya besar, it has this nice smoky taste but not too overpowering. Sangat sedap di buat masak lemak cili api. isi itik sungguh empuk dan lembut, tapi tidak hancur bila dimasak. Rasanya Akak tu buka Jumaat, Sabtu dan Ahad sahaja. Will buy again next time.
Alhamdulillah, this is the first time I bought smoked duck from this shop. A RM45. Very worth it because the duck is big, it has this nice smoky taste but not too overpowering. Very tasty for cooking hot chili fat. The duck filling is really soft and tender, but not crushed when cooked. I think Akak is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. Will buy again next time.
