★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of this condo is very poor. Can even hear the walking sound above ceiling? If u stay here u will facing noise problem. I think wall is not think and not quality..just so noisy. Can hear people walk,chair and furniture noise,door closing also can hear. Since staying here i cant even can sleep well because noise problem..so not worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great condo and good facilities. But one weird rule surrounding basketball court... they only allow 5 people on the court. 2vs3 pickup game? Go figure.
Plenty of stores and access to it is just around the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay and it resembles a get away resort. The pool and it’s surrounding ambience makes it feel like you are in a forest resort in the western countries . The pool is a great place to relax the mind and soul as there is a constant water sounds and breeze. Expensive through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New place, visited a friend and love the cozy environment. Parking labels need to be fixed though, tiny signboards won't cut it.. So hope they label the pillars instead. Security is really pleasant and would help you find your parking lot as a visitor. Would love to stay here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this condo as it has a low density. The security guards can recognise the residents of each unit. If you are not home, they will not allow any visitors or contractors to enter. Hence I felt safe throughout my tenancy here. On top of that, there is a security guard placed next to the adjacent Ativo entrance/exit. The management team has done well with security, upkeep and cleanliness of this condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best apartment I’ve stayed. It’s a low density apartment so it doesn’t feel like a government housing. Right next to Ativo Plaza where they have a grocery, daycare centers, restaurants, offices, yoga, pole dancing, gym. 15 minutes away from KLCC. Just make sure you stay at Tower B where the units are bigger.
There is an ongoing construction before we left which is a block away from the building, I think they are building an MRT.
Only downside is that you will need a car or book a Grab.
