The saba was grilled to perfection & still juicy, the ebi tempura was crispy & fresh, the Japanese curry rice hits the spot and the tamago sushi & tobiko sushi is delish. The 2nd trip was equally good with unagi don but the shoyu soba was too sweet that it felt more like sugar syrup than sweet shoyu. However they did not disappoint on all the other dishes as usual. Very clean & efficient service. This will likely be our new go to place. I also liked that their wasabi is grated and not from powder, so it packs a punch. You don't need a plate full to feel the heat.

Worth the money coz if you buy frozen Saba it’s around 8-10rm per fish already
The portion of rice and fish both is big. Rice always cook just fine.
There are 4 options but IMO Grilled Saba & fried drumette taste the best
Easy to communicate with the staffs.
Usually I ordered via WhatsApp and come to pick up. They will call you when the food is ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very normal Japanese food. Can’t really say it’s bad but I’m just not surprised by it. Sometimes you need to queue up which discourages me from eating there. Price-wise it’s considered cheap for a Japanese restaurant. But you get what you paying for, quality was just alright. Hard to find parking in this place so try to carpool with your friends and family when come this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch sets are very worth it. Loved their grilled saba, comes in big portion and very juicy. Salmon rice bowl was good too. Everything tasted great, except the rice for certain dishes was a bit hard.

Shrimp ramen is not bad, shoyu soba is below expectation.
Chawanmushi is tasteless.. Just some mushroom on top and pure egg.
Sushi overall quite good.. especially hotate is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite sushi joint as of March 2022! For the price, nothing comes close. I liked how the place only employs locals. At least that’s what I saw. Yea!! Free of foreigners ? Service was jiffy and AC was spot on! Parking is always a problem anytime of the day.
Assorted sushi - liked the variety offered and how they were made to order! I can literally feel the
warmth of the hands making it ?
Ramen - a tad too salty but still good though
Gyoza - not much fillings.. I only taste flour
Wasabi - sealed in a tiny bag. Nice! Got oomph!
Will be back to try other stuff on the menu.
