I think u guys need to train your staffs.
There's no coordination and good teamwork amongst them. It's abit disturbing when you see one staff scolding another staff. I know it's stressful to work as waiter/waitress, but it's quite rude imo. Then I saw one customer asking to take order, the staff came and tell "oh uncle, I very busy". Then when kena sound, gave a lot reason say the restaurant very busy, this and that.
Cannot la like that, this is service line. Please train your staffs. If its understaffed, go hire one more person!
I can't add anymore rice, coz my water didn't come till the end. I'm very disappointed, I paid the bill and I walked off. Food is average, not sure if I will come back again. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 sets of banana leaf rice+fried chicken+ fried tenggiri. Rice is cold and they give 4 types of curry. Nothing great here and the bill comes up to rm40+ for 2 person .

Waitress didn’t wore her mask right (below her nose despite knowing we had a child with us). The person preparing our drinks told us she can’t make hot tea for us because she doesn’t know how to make hot tea but can make teh ais (lmao ?). Drinks arrived after we were done with our meal. We had to repeat our order 5x because they kept messing up. They told us they’ll give us rasam but till the end rasam didn’t show up and only for them to inform in the end “we don’t have rasam anymore” (?). The rice was cold and hard. The curries including dhal all tasted the same lol. Briyani rice was hard. Drinks were TERRIBLE!! Manager knew we were unhappy and knew we complaint but took 0 action.
Please don’t waste your time and money here. If you want really good Indian banana leaf food you can go to Nirvana, Kanna, Ganapathi Mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic banana leaf rice in a mall. The Cravings set at RM8.90 is good enough on it’s own but adding a side dish will make it even more awesome. I would recommend the Ayam Goreng Berempah which is fried upon order. Good crispy and hot fried chicken goes well with the rice and dishes. There are 4 types of curry gravy/sauce to choose from. I love the ketam (crab) and chicken curry sauce combo.

But one thing that i dont understand, why almost all of your waiters here clumsily and quickly ladle out curry into customers' banana leaf and spill it all over the table almost splater on my shirt. So i gota wipe off the curry thingy stain on the tble by myself! Dude, your delicious banana stuff doesnt guarantee your staff are free from ineptitude. Please improve.. thnks

My first impression to this restaurant, the price is average maybe if i ordered the white rice one gonna be cheaper than the biryani but what my partner complained about his mutton was a bit dry and not chewable. So far, my chicken was fine and i like it! Honestly, taste yummy!
The staffs look ok but some of em not so friendly. The waiter will come and served the items you order. However, when he trying to put my rice on top of the paper, he kinda left it on his bowl, so not all rice poured.
Butter Chicken is ok but RM 8.90 for 4 little cut chickens a bit overpriced. For the Tea O ais please make it not too strong.
