★ ★ ★ ★ ★ modern and clean train station. Well connected to the one world hotel, one utama shopping centre, and Sri pentas media prima building. With fully covered walkway. Just follow the signboards. First timers will have a hard time locating this station coming from one utama, as the path is not easy to spot. And it could be dark along the way. Be vigilant and stay alert while walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the newer mrt stations. Sheltered link way to office building then pass through hotel to one Utama shopping mall. Convenient way to travel to beat traffic jam. Drop at muziu negara which is 5 stops away, comfortable walk under shelter to KL Sentral. Most if not all mrt/trains can be linked from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting to the station can be a bit confusing for first timer as it is not directly connected to the 1Utama Shopping Mall. Instead, you need to go through 1Powerhouse which is not really disability friendly. Nonetheless, it is a great way to reach this shopping mall if you do not wish to spend time to find your parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE Staff at the counter, female staff working on 18/1/2822 at around 6.58am was super rude. She respond to our question in bad manner high Voice. If we know how we will not ask and if she doesn't want people to ask sshe better resign

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bandar Utama MRT station is the best way of public transport if you wish to go to 1 Utama on weekends since the parking here is horrible sometimes. There's a bridge that passes through 1U Hotels. They will soon have the station connected to the mall itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A busy MRT station handling thousands of commuters visiting and leaving from Bandar Utama area especially 1 Utama Shopping Centre, nearby hotels and corporate buildings in the vicinity. Looks clean and well maintained.

this MRT station connection lot of important places..
One world hotel and IBM Malaysia. And big area for car parking ..
Right now is not too many busy ?
Cleaning and hygiene also very good ..
Best MRT place for me ..
