★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experienced, attended by a guy name mus, he claimed he's the supervisor in charge, sour face looked boring to attend customer, he even straight away keep the shoes immediately after i tried without asked either i wanted it or not. He was so mean, annoying & arrogant. The other guy keep playing hp not even bothered customer walk in. This was my first time to buy a birkenstock sandal but i really had a bad service here. He refused to tell me any channel for me to complaint as he said that was personal. To mus, u r not working up ur own brand, u r just the worker, please be more friendly in bringing ur birkenstock boutique reputation !
