★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thought that strikes me whenever I see another place selling Pearl milk tea is... What's so special about this one?
Well, there are the usual suspects here including the now popular brown sugar milk teas, but there was one item which caught my eye - the fruity mango yogurt, which is a departure from the regular run of the mill ones available elsewhere. It was very good!
The place is very comfortable, with lots of seating indoors and outside as well, and even an upstairs area too.
Prices are reasonable for milk tea joints. Come give this a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience ruined by rude service staff. Buying with digital vouchers which allows 2 purchases per customer. Staff has no knowledge interjected rudely, answered only 1 purchase. Then she wants to hold my phone to read the code but I had IC and banking cards with my phone so I said no. Her attitude turned unpleasant. Please teach your staff never to ask for customer's phone. It's simple etiquette. When ordering 2nd drink, she refused to serve asked her male colleague to serve. Face says it all. Ordered signature milk tea, no tea taste, all milk. Dalgona coffee just slightly better. First and last time at this branch.

Decided to give another try for their new menu Da Hong Pao milk tea, 17.90 with whip cream, despite the expensive price, again am not impressed. Way too sweet despite 50% sugar, lacking tea taste & aroma. I stick to bawang chaji no thanks:/
