★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought their pendant and their bracelets yesterday at sunway pyramid. This is my second shopping at Borneo pearls and they never fail to amaze me. Their pearls are all genuine as their tag line suggest. With too many fake pearl imitation around finally found a place that sells genuine high quality pearls. If you are in search for genuine pearls , Borneo pearls are to look for. High quality products , with affordable price and their sales girls are very informative . They walk me through on their pearls and how to store them. I am never disappointed and surely going back again .

She loved them but it was obvious that the design has some flaws as the earrings were droopy and faced downwards instead of upwards. I immediately contacted Borneo Pearl the next day via email. After about a month, the owner nicely contacted us and offered a discount for a future purchase and also offer to give us some free gift. The owner was polite and nice in dealing with the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Borneo pearls in Suria klcc is located in front of bath and body outlet, it's a kiosk on the walk way so have to just look out for bath and body. The service provided was outstanding and I bought south sea pearl for rm3++ and it looks so beautiful. They also sell fresh water pearls. The staff are very knowledgeable and they were able to suggest the best pearl for me. All pearls come with certificate, so it's original and they also advise on how to maintain the pearls so it does not lose its color.
