 The results of the swab test came out late, said 24 hours but on the second day still not getting it, I checked on the doctor2u apps unavailable, spam email call still no response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give 0 star if I can but sadly system not allow it, and the staff told me that they are the only outlet who able to provide 24hours result but end up they say is wrong information. My situation is I need that result for my flight to onboard and this kind of service they are giving to the customer. This wrong information can lead me to a serious bad condition and flight are so hard to get recently. No one pick up the call. Hope the management would take a look at this outlet. Again this outlet seriously give me a bad disappointment. But the staff overall are polite.
