β β β β β Cozy and luxurious environment! I feel like myself being treated as VIP. A nurse was assigned to serve me individually throughout all the procedures. Detailed explanations given by doctor and nurse. Report obtained the same day I did my health check. This is the best healthcare centre I had ever visited.

β β β β β Visited for a full body checkup. The environment is great! The receptionists here are all very friendly. Nurses here are also very helpful and caring. The sonographer Ms. Chan is very funny and very experienced. Last but not least Dr. Merilynn is very nice, friendly, patient and very experienced! She will explain everything to you in a very comforting way.
I will highly recommend this place to people who are doing their body check for their first time, because this place is full of positive energy, calming and relaxing. I guess it is hard for me to go to other places to do my body check next time ???. Anyway thank you for all the brilliant services.

β β β β β Very bad experience for a simple blood test. It took them two attempts at poking the needle through to get blood sample out. A doctor had to be called for the second attempt. That left pain on one side. After paying the Chinese receptionist informed that they could not produce a receipt with the excuse the system is down and said they will only provide receipt two days later along with the blood results. I insisted that this is unethical and they should at least give a written receipt. Cause what proof do I have that I had settled my dues without a receipt. The blood results too did not make sense when I discussed it with my specialist.

β β β β β Good & cozy environment. Doctors, nurses and staffs are very friendly and professional. Went for a treatment by Dr Valynn. She is a very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients & always takes the time to explain things to me. Great experience.
