I always believe in my own methods of losing weight - going on to YouTube tutorials, trying on different workouts, diets and whatnots only to go through the yo-yo weight fluctuations. Until I met Riz. It was a gift from my partner on his PT program, and I was actually reluctant to proceed after the above experience. But boy was I wrong, I was at 100kg when I started with Riz, and after 2 months of Riz’s program, I was at 90kg. Best part was my weight did not “yo-yo”. It maintained at ~90 even though I’m eating close to 2000 calories a day. I gained muscle mass, lost fats and I am able to pull my own bodyweight up, which previously was a struggle. I have more stamina than before, and I do not get out of breath/tired easily. Did I also mention my clothes fit so well now that I had a JackieChan moment as I was kinda in disbelief when I look at myself in the mirror? I feel amazing. Riz guidance is impeccable, and his knowledge is top notch. He may look scary, but he is very approachable and patient. Look what his program did for me, and I am truly very grateful. Thanks Riz!

I've know Riz for a few years now, first met him At Revelation Republic and then at Playground where i started PT with him then i join sessions in his newly open gym. Riz is a very focus, honest and determined guy. He will support and facilitate your training, coach you with very clear guideline. Having a PT will change the way you approach your gym session, it takes you to the next level. if you are like me, busy with work and you want to get to the gym and not think about what to do and still improve your strength and fitness then he is your guy. he brought me from 85kg to 102kg bench press in about 6 weeks .... who doesn't want to cross that 100KG line :) i tried for many years before i met Riz and failed ... I would recommend Riz as a coach, any-day!

Been to a few PTs, hands down one of the best. In a short 1 month of consistent sessions I’ve seen an improvement in my strength and form. Riz plans for increasingly challenging sessions, tracks your progress and pushes you when you feel like giving up. Thanks Riz - you have set the bar high and I’m hard pressed to find someone as good once I leave KL!!!

Personalized. Attentive. Knowledgeable. Committed. You can trust Riz to always be showing these attributes whenever you train with him. I have been working out on my own in the past and like some others, have been prone to injuries whenever you try to go the extra mile due to the adrenaline surge. Once I started my workout with Riz, he made sure I understand that form matters before anything else. From his observation during the initial movement screening, movements and work outs (and even stretches pre work out!) are tailored to fit each individual to minimize the risk of injury. His attentive explanation for each of the programme he has customized for me before starting the work out provides comfort and made sure i understand each session is accruing benefits to my fitness goals. His focus and science based approach certainly creates a conducive and safe environment for anyone attempting to hammer their personal best at each session! You make lifting fun and safe Riz! Keep it up!

I can’t say that it was ‘love at first workout’ with Riz ;-) He pushed me beyond what I had ever tried before in the first few training sessions back in 2018, yet slowly but surely, you learn to love the pain and push through it. Riz has that effect on you. He constantly encourages you to learn and try new things, he is firm about technique and ‘quality over quantity’ which has led to some very positive results for me aesthetically but also with my strength and fitness. If you want a no excuses trainer, Riz is your man.

Riz, he is not just a PT, He is "THE PT". Riz studies and understand your needs and wants and delivers results with effective and precise customized workouts. I think he knows my body better then I do. Having known him for years as a friend and a student, he is one of the most experience and committed trainers around. His effective programing will keep you on your toe, yet at the same time , somewhat fun. Riz also goes the mile by including nutrition planning in his programs. What goes in the mouth is as important as your trainings. Riz is Defo a 5-star trainer. Give Riz a try if you're looking for a PT and enjoy the results.

I’ve been training with Riz since 2018 and I highly recommend him to anyone who is ready and willing to achieve their fitness goals - whatever they may be. Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, get stronger, leaner, and/or all of the above, Riz is right for the job.
