X	Xyetzo Good on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ d price for waterpark alone is rm30 (last weekend), but u must wear d right cloth required to play certain game there..satisfied with d open pool with elephant, aligator,etc. decoration..d depth increase to d center of pool..suitable for any height of family member..n got lifeguard at side of pool..u can rent locker there beside changing/ bathroom..d facility for bathroom can b improve by providing hook to hang bag at door..n provide soap at sink..d original flavour ice kacang is superb with ice cream on top n other fast food also sell at friendly price..got bundle shop that sell cloth at very affordable price..prev. we visit pulau org utan..affordable fee..n worth of xperience as we manage ride boat across merah lake to see orang utans n their habits there..support org utan..other xtvt like kayak also available..may try in future..worth of bring ur warga emas parent here as d fee will cut to half for them :)

And then they have some equipment was not provided for us, like hair dryer toothbrush and toothpaste. Room ventilation also very bad, inside have smoke with air freshener smell. Room interior got peeling paint on walls.

Firstly, we had to wait for quite some time during checking in because they had some confusion with the booking. Also, they were 3 people but managing 1 booking at a time only. The service provided by the receptionist was unfriendly too. They also wrote down the wrong dates in the keys and gave up the wrong vouchers we bought the vouchers during a fair. After got into the rooms, we decided to order room service. They told me we had to wait for 40 mins because of high orders which we didn’t mind. However, the food came in about nearly 2 hours later. The drinks & food were nearly cold. Called in the room service to know the update but no answer from them. When we entered the rooms, quite a few things that we noticed which should have not happened. 1) toilet smells 2) toilet faucet leaks 3) shower head is not functioning well, leaks everywhere. Where is the maintenance? Lastly, it is quite hard to find decent food around here as it is secluded. We called in to ask if there is ala carte menus and they said yes since we did not want the buffet menu. When we got into the food hall, they said they were no ala carte menus. So we had to take the buffet. We don’t mind taking the buffet but the resort should know what they were serving. I hope the resort can take note of this so other people can enjoy their vacations.

H	Hanif Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the waterpark. Nice place for the kids and adults to enjoy themselves. But they need to improve on few things 1. More food stalls - since you cant bring your own food 2. Get Bigger lockers - the lockers are too small and quite expensive to be honest. You end up need to take multiple lockers at different2 area which end up confusing as the locker tags has no number on them. 3. The condition of the toilets are horrendous. The showers has no proper drainage and you will be standing on other people pool of water (God forbid if people end up peeing in the shower). And they only put a small chair in the middle for everyone to put their staff on. You can just provide a longer chair so that its convenient for everyone. Please consider my suggestion. This small2 things that will bring you return customers.
N	Nursyahirah Suhaimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to release stress with your family or friends. Lots of fun activities to do here. We really enjoy all the section. There's life guard in every water park section, and they really do their job well. Ticket price is affordable, but the food is kinda expensive and not worth to buy.
c	callie chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a day trip, didn't overnight there. Alot of parking, Staffs are nice, maybe less people during weekdays. The petting zoo is small. When I walk in there's no people at all. When we enter to the indoor section, a staff walk to us and start introducing & explaining the animals and pets to us. Very kind staff. For the water park, we do enjoy all the sections except tube slides as told by the staff that only open for male which was quite upset. The most exciting was boomerang, must try. Food and drink consider standard.
