★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy from them! The size chart that they have is absolutely useless. Its totally misleading. Especially Marlene. It is smaller than in the size chart given. And when asked for an exchange, its not allowed. How silly is that?? Of course we will refer to the size chart before purchasing, right? I even consulted the representatives, and they confirmed that my size matches the size chart (Not to mention, that they have a lousy customer representatives. They will never pickup the phone. It was impossible to get them to reply enquiries). However, the Marlene is smaller and it looks tight on me. They even told me that i should've taken 1 size bigger. Like helllloooo, was it mentioned anywhere in the website that we are supposed to take/ purchase a bigger size?? Isn't it supposed to be 'true to size'? Who will purchase something at a bigger size?? I'm not asking for a refund. I just asked for an exchange in size & its not allowed & its not even my fault to begin with. They should change their size chart. So stupid. I regretted like hell. However, Thank God i only bought ONE. At 1st i thought of buying all the colours. Luckily i didn't. Please people, think again before buying from them. Their clothes are not cheap mind you. Plus, the quality of their clothing are so-so & came in a very cheapskate packaging. For that price you could definitely get better options from other much popular designers out there with better return & exchange policy. So disappointing!
