★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice, except the lift/elevator. There's only 4 lift so it takes time to occupy 39 floors. We have to wait up to 30 mins to get a lift especially in this pandemic, we have to maintain social distancing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spend your money elsewhere! I don’t know how they got good reviews. Can you see the state of the room? It’s called a presidential suite. If you all want a better KLCC view, don’t book expensive rooms as they don’t have the KLCC view. When I complained about it, the cleaners (5 male cleaners) came to clean it. When I mentioned the situation, they talked behind my back in Malay as if I don’t understand the language. The head left me , but out of the 5 people, one apologised to me towards the end. Remember: customers pay wages. Very disappointing! Avoid this place at all cost, unless you want to enter a dirty room during covid time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here for a year and service here terrible. Worst life decisions. This place so noisy all day and night. You can here ppl walk and talk above you and next room. Not good to stay for long term. Don't come. And whoever come for short term i know and see how they clean. Dont call it clean. Just dust thing off lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was fine but the customer service is very bad!!! I have forgot my AirPods in this hotel and I asked if it would be okay if they post it to me. There was no reply. Have been waiting for a reply for 3 weeks but nothing has come. Have written to them everywhere.

No parking. Checked in to room but not cleaned yet. Bedsheets still got used towel left by the previous guest. Spoiled TV, spoiled air-conditioning. Shower head is clogged. Very Weak shower.
Please don't book Ceylon by 5 sense.

There is incomplete of utensil ( should have 2 sets , but there is only 1 )
dustbin plastic is not enough.
I did raise the concern but there is slow in response. I booked for 7 days and they only allow 1 time of housekeeping?!!!
I think this will be my last time with 5 senses. Other host provide better services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in late due to no room available, no parking available need to park far to walk to the building.
After waiting 1 hour for room, finally managed to check in at 12am midnight. However, when we checked in, the room is not cleaned yet. Rubbish is not thrown, bedsheet was not changed.
Call the owner but no one pick up or answer the phone.
Property was not well maintained: weak showers, clogged toilets, spoiled air conditioning and tv, smelly bedsheets to name a few.
Worst experience ever. Never book with 5 sense.
