★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smelly and stinky bathroom, bedsheets have a lot of stains, two plugs not working, the beds are messy. Sorry to say, but with the price u are a charging, better go off to another place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel / apartments so good. Like studio home, you can cook at there also. The view also nice. But guest need to go at Ground floor first to pay the parking fee eventhought you stay at 33 floor then park at 5 floor. Lift also limited. So you need time to wait the lift. Customer receptionist also nice and explain one by one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice deco room.. not to big and clean, easy to becoz have microwave and sinki with soap.. near go to bukit bintang just walk no need drive, hotel provide park but must pay rm5 valid 1 day everytime want to out.. but my room no provide set toileries and extra towel.. very bit sad.. aircond vey cool.. nice view menara kuala lumpur.. can repeat if i want to stay..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really noisy day and night. The room have really thin wall. You can hear Ppl talk and walk above you also next room. Not safe if you get follow to your floor. As it is no cctv. I live here and got follow also harassed by unknown guys. Ppl in and out all the time and disturbing you if you stay long term like I do. Worst decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I choose 'comfort triple bed studio' for 3pax,The room very comfortable and clean.The pocket garden view was amazing.One of the best hotel for staycation.The parking fee is RM5 for per entry. Highly recommended for staycation
There is no cafe to take breakfast at all and they don't provide room service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying here and i must say it’s a quite pleasant experience. A perfect fit for families and friends with large room and good price. Breathtaking view. The location is ok. Took around 30 min to get an elevator during peak hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, warm welcome from the front desk. Currently have mini mart behind the front desk , which is very convenient.
My stay at level 19, a bit late when waiting for the lift, not like my previous stayed at level 22 which is super nice.
This time my stay at Ceylonz suits by MyKey. Previous was from Perfect Host.
