โ โ โ โ โ This my fourth visit with my family from Australia and Singapore. Good quality yong tau foo and my try curry laksa. Place is clean and people are effective and friendly

โ โ โ โ โ You will not find the hustle and bustle of Ampang Yong Tau Foo here. This shop is air-conditioned with soft-lighting. Salted fish is added to the stuffing and certainly enhanced the taste. Each variety of YTF serves in separate bowl, very thoughtful. Good food reasonably priced.

โ โ โ โ โ Clean and air conditioned restaurant. Had their YTF with my main being curry chee cheong fun. The fried brinjal with salted fish paste was the best there. The YTF is alright to me. Texture is a little soft for my liking. The Curry Chee Cheong Fun, the first bite was good but then the dish was too watery and it diluted the curry into something dissapointing. Fried chili was okay but was too hard for my liking. Dumpling was poor. I will avoid that next time.

โ โ โ โ โ After done meeting friend in the area, we decided to look for a light dinner option nearby.
This place is at the middle of the hill facing KL downtown, so you can get a view of KL Skyline.
The air conditioning is strong inside the restaurant (good for those who are afraid of the heat). There's also a Coway air purifier.
The taufu pok and ladyfingers are nice. The fried brinjal is always a favorite. The soup base taste different from the others: there's a hint of ginger, and perhaps some dried squid was used (not sure).
They have some signature dishes. We tried the paper wrapped chicken. I would say it's really good and one of the best. It's fresh, flavourful, and gingers were used. But for people who don't like ginger, this may not be their favorite.
I remove one star because their Chinese tea is too dark, it tastes like it's been brewed for too long with too much tea leaves. You can try their herbal tea, which is nice
I will recommend to try this place out if you're in the area.

โ โ โ โ โ Was here for brunch today. Place was clean and AC cold ? food took some time to arrive as they prepared it fresh. However they couldโve served the noodles earlier to make the waiting time more bearable. Service was good too. Menu could be better .. with pricing perhaps?
Good tea.. no bubbles meant it was prepared the same day.
Curry noodles was ok .. I missed cockles & pig skin. Chicken was boneless. And gravy was thick and very very hot. Not spicy hot but hot hot.
CCF served cold .. Iโve had better.
Ordered assorted YTF, not the best Iโve had but ok. Some of the wontons are over cooked .. black.
YTF soup was bland .. being a Hakka dish, could be saltier.
Fish cake .. nothing to shout about.
Ordered brinjal with salted fish. Canโt really taste the salted fish though .. very mild
3 stars due to waiting time and I wouldโve preferred to see them preparing my food. Especially YTF, showcase the process .. why hide ?
RM1.80 for the YTF .. other items on the menu are reasonably priced. Will return to try other food on the menu. Place was really really clean and cold too. They even sanitise the chairs ???
