★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A preschool that offers a start-up, conducive, hygienic facility for the kids to learn socializing, to follow up a set of disciplines, to learn how to respect teachers and fellow pupils, to begin learning ABC and 123 with their own peers, to know how to have fun while learning, and the teachers are competent, well-trained, patients, to handle these youngsters. I recommend this preschool to the parents who are in search for the qualities of a preschool as the above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆☆☆☆ (January 2019) Caring nurse for InfantCare (below 18months). Baby's welfare had been well taken care of for the few days of trial. Cleanliness, meals, rest &play. Baby remain active and playful after the daycare.
Downside was the peer pressure as there are other "more active" / misbehaved children and baby learnt some undesired behaviours there. (This is very much depend on the children there at time of sending your child, so may not be a concern)
I observed that the teachers there are quite good for toddlers. Will consider to try again when baby is 2 years old.

Teachers arent very responsive and truthful even if they tried their best. centre manager is unreliable.
child doesn't do well with 2 years old teachers even we have tried our best (2 weeks +) to comfort and talk to child and teachers especially when some teacher's voice is abit louder child get frightened and refused to go to school. After communicate child response was teachers doesnt like the child and the child also doesn't like the school & teachers.
We love the FACILITIES but sadly unable to continue here. As long as your child is comfortable, its a good place to send.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have never regret sending our first born to Cherie Hearts Eco Botanic. We love the environment, cleanliness and all the teachers are very approachable! Our first born has developed her social skill very well. Her mandarin has got pretty good lately, her counting goes well and her english is so good these days. We are thankful Alhamdulillah ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showing Big playground doesn’t mean my child play there 24hrs.it’s just eye catching and manipulate parents to signup.It’s better I’ll find program oriented school and value for money.Expensive!! Low quality ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dedicated, responsible and loving teachers. Can see the staffs are really passionate about looking after children. Hence feel at ease to go to work knowing my child is in good hands. Kids get a vast exposure not just in terms of IQ but EQ as well. I can see my child growing up well and happy. Only suggestion if can extend childcare hours and consider weekends childcare availability for parents in the public sector as Johor weekend is Sat and Sunday. A shaded carpark spot when it rains will be helpful too. Keep up the good quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will definitely recommend Cherie Heart Eco Botanic to a parent who intend to send their kids to childcare. They’re not only taking care of your children but they’re really nurturing the kids with good attitude, love and good behaviours. As everyone knows Teachers make wonders than parents as children spent to long hours at school. This is not just words but yes I have witnessed with my 6 years old boy on education and attitude and 2 years old boy, he is going there since 1 year old, he is learning things fast and good attitude and behaviours were taught. My elder struggled in his education but thanks to Teacher Yani for making him to be able to read my understand languages now. All the Teachers, caretakers, nurses are all very good. A place for good education, safe for your kids, fun, and full of love. Thanks Hashibah
