★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall bad (or should I say close to none) service from most staff, only the bubble tea counter guy is alert enough to notice customer waving for service.
We can clearly see that your staffs are staring down at their smart phones, plus, it seems like there’s a major communication/language barrier including not understanding simple English. When the food was served we had to ask multiple times for cutleries, when there’s literally only 2 tables (4 customers total). ??♀️
Highly disappointing, will definitely not recommend nor visit again. ????

Food : 7 levels of spicyness , I choose 3 , started spicy , and later was fine . Food was fine , not too
tasty but was fine
Drinks : Bubble tea , normal , don’t expect too much , not extra sweet , Bobby was ok. Ordered second drink plain water , 3rd tried the special drinks upside down Rio drink that u have a choice of Fox or Somersby .... guess what ? Whole restaurant had only 1 bottle of Somersby and 2 bottles of Fox ! So har to go for Rio .... tasteless !
Service : Pity the only girl that can speak mandarin , she was running up and down the restaurant Manning 6-8 tables by herself ... the guy over at the counter making drinks and just putting it on the counter waiting the poor girl to serve ... show some Gentleman-ism ... my plain water took 15 minutes and my upside down cocktail took 20 minutes to make ... and 10 minutes on the counter waiting for the poor girl to send it . I believe on the floor had 3 person , and one was working her pants off ... taking order , key order , billing and serving food and drinks. REASON ? She was the only one could speak proper mandarin and others was just pointing to her once you asking something .
Environment - nothing fancy , could be better ... toilet was Unisex and dirty . Open kitchen , ended my night smelling like Topoki .... and CASH terms only ya ....
