★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and the only Citibank bank in Klang. Located inside the mall so easy access but slightly difficult to get parking as parking lot is limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st bad impression where rather weird still need to check MySejahtera status even after May (if this is your house rules, fine)
2nd, entire branch not seeing much personnel to serve, walk-in customer that not being serve just only me but waited for near 10 minutes
3rd, which the worst among of all. Credit card cancellation no longer available over the counter service but then informed to call hotline. (I guess this is how being treat if no longer their customer anymore)
Fine! BUT pls design that ANNOYING Automated Attendant System(AAS) in more simple and user friendly (such a waste of life using it) AND always put an option for customer to choose to talk to operator if non of the options are available at the end of AAS selection.
And consider to make the cancellation available over internet banking too if you want it to looks more internet technology savvy, I can live with that and hassle free for me too to walk in your your branch.
Eventually, if bank wasn’t there to serve the customer why bother you have a branch with counters.
