★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ripped my package and broke the contents inside. They keep sending it back and fort between two other city link branch for DAYS and my package arrived ravaged. The tape they put barely holding the box in. Irresponsible courier. I don't recommend.

1) my parcel got stucked, no status update for 5days in Ampang
2) when make complaint in shopee (since i purchase thru shopee) a day after, sighted the status update. Althought i did tried to reach citylink customer service(all phones no.) all cannot be reached..
3) the next day status, item out for delivery. And i did received a missed call from unknown no., i immediately call back(it was 5min later) since i do anticipate my parcel but not picking up.. After several calls still no one pickup.
4) at night, i saw an update saying unsuccessful delivery..
5) today, i tried to call kota warisan outlet.. Same. Cannot be reached..
To compare with other couriers (i always buy things online now), this is the worst experience ever. I'm sorry, but please improve your service. This is my first time use of your service, but end up you give me bad impressions.
