★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont trust this company. Worst delivery/shipping company. I was at home waiting for my item and the delivery guy never call me when arrived. They just notify via sms that the delivery failed. Asked my security guard whether there is anyone coming by to deliver a parcel and he said no one came. I attempt to call the number, nobody answer. Until now i have 2 parcel uncollected with them. Not going to use their service forever. Wish google allow me to give 0 star for this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only courier services that are very useless by giving auto replied to me by 1 working day to feedback but after weeks, nothing due to FMCO failed to delivery. Totally nonsense as other courier companies can be delivered. They are the only one cannot. Very grand excuse & ignorance. Not a competent player in the market, better stop this services for good. Don’t make everyone hate CJ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery guy is super nice and polite. He called on the phone and asked whether I’m at home first. The security guard didn’t want to accept the parcel so he waited for me to come down from my apartment. He even apologised when he doesn’t have to! The only drawback is CJ kept my parcel in Bukit Raja for quite a while and it made me worried. But not in CJ Gelang Patah. Delivered on the next day. Thanks to the polite delivery guy ! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel stuck at this hub since 7Sept until now. Hotline nobody pick up and email nobody reply. Have been sending and calling several times and days still the same.
After checking with Shopee, ended up parcel lost in this hub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service in the market! Shipping from KL to JB 11 days still i haven't receive my parcel! I had been receiving hundreds over of parcel over the past 2 weeks from Poslaju, J&T, NinjaVan, Yunda & etc............... till today I am still waiting.. and everyday given me the same EMCO at my area.... Since when my place is under EMCO kindly provide me proof! Lousiest service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE, parcel always stuck at the center, when delivery arrive home wont press the door bell or just throw the parcel into the home area without call. HQ customer service phone number "busy now" FOREVER, and gelang patah customer service number also no one answer the phone or totally cant call in.
