★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have signed up as member with Cotton On Malaysia.
A week ago I have spent enough at Cotton On boutique to gain two reward vouchers, which the cashier told me that I would receive them via email within 24 hours.
It has been a week, I did not receive those vouchers, I even checked in my spam box, none. I wrote an email to Cotton On 3 days ago, no reply from them.
What is wrong???? A great disappointment with Cotton On!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of discounts they run during season times. Wide range of clothes and the quality is very good. Even they have garments for children at a very reasonable price.
Accessories isn’t that great but you can have Check on them. It makes sense to buy during offer times.
Have been using their products for long and even after repeated washes, the quality is same as before. Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a lot better last time before they moved, when they were next to Nichii. After they renovated, the sale stock decreased A LOT. I still shopped here over the years, but had some bad experiences with the staff lately.
#1 - wanted to pay for a shirt from the Kids sale rack, but cashier charged full price (RM59). Told her that it’s supposed to be RM20, and she wanted to argue back. When she finally checked, it’s true that the sale price is RM20.
#2 - took some pants from the “2 for RM80” section. Didn’t notice she charged full price (RM79 each) until after I waved my card for payment. When I asked her why they’re not promo price, cashier said it’s only for specific racks. I said that I took the clothes from the racks underneath the signboard. She defensively said “no they’re normal price. I know the products” in a very annoyed tone. I understand that it’s troublesome to cancel the transaction, but wow. Kinda rude huh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy with the customer service at the CO Midvalley branch! I lost my receipt from a previous purchase and wanted to return/exchange the item (tag still intact). They kindly proceeded to search through all their records of my Perks account to try to find the date and place of purchase. They didn't manage to find it but they kindly allowed me to exchange the item with another of the same value. A huge thank you to the crew!
