The staff is vry friendly & willing to help, recommended for people who planning to renovate their house. They can advise on design, tiles & furniture selection and etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niro has a nice showroom and wide range of products, but beyond that, the professionalism and courtesy of its team is what makes my tiles' shopping experience great.
On-time deliveries, painless and fast replacement process for broken/wrong tiles, and most of all, quick and honest communication - the service given by the Niro team is certainly commendable.
Special thanks to Mr Hairi for his above and beyond customer service even at times when he had to attend to a personal emergency.
