โ โ โ โ โ Hired this agency for moving my pet from Los Angeles to Malaysia. They kept increasing their price just to match the US dollar eventhough this is a malaysian based company. Completely ripped me off. Didn't return the amount they were supposed to... 1. not providing a fan on the first day of 7 days of quarantine, 2. for the food that I myself provided, 3. lost items, and furthermore my pet was put into a dirty kennel.
Do not hire them as they will purposely change their invoices just to keep your money and not even care properly for your animal.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience ever. We hired CTI to import our 2 cats from brazil. The pets had to stay 7 days at quarantine station and they were supposed to feed, clean and update us daily. On saturday, after we asked for update on our cats, they just answered that nobody was available to go feed them and they were โtrying to find someone to goโ. Detail: we contact them around 3pm and nobody went there to feed them until 6-7 pm, so they probably spent the day without food. Despite that, they wouldnโt tell us if they were eating, drinking water or using the litter box, even though we asked. Many other things happened, but I will just say that I wouldnโt recommend to anyone.
