★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share my experience with Ctmt Repairs. I contacted ctmt repairs via WhatsApp my tv screen was shaking and had horizontal lines. They asked for a video of the problem after that they informed me what is the problem after that they asked for some information about the tv and i gave ot to them and they gave me a full quatation within few minutes it was quick and convenient i did not have to leave my house. The price was great and they said they can do it in one day. Actually i was impressed because lg said they cant fix it and other shops asked almost double the price. Anyway i asked for pickup and delivery service and we made and appointment for pickup. And the pickup person showed in time and was very friendly he took the tv from my apartment and the next day i got a message that the tv is ready so we made appointment for delivery and again the delivery guy showed in time. Very precise with time and they delivered to my apartment and tested it and it works perfectly after that i made the payment and they gave me invoice with 3 months warranty. Everything was very smooth great service and great price. Thank you CTMT Repairs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 5 star service by Mr Sabry who collected my 65 inch LG LED smart TV from my place on Thursday 1pm(11/11/21) and completed after repair on Saturday 12.30pm(13/11/21) delivered with 3 months warranty, price for change of backlight & including repair cost is very reasonable compared to other shops.infact after payment was done, I got official receipt with 3 months warranty mentioned.Thank you Mr Sabry & ctmt repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Samsung SmartTV suddenly only showing color vertical lines, like Netflix intro, so I went on searching shops that can fix it, to my surprised, within my area(Kajang) I cannot find one in Google maps, I was suggested CTMT by Google maps, read the reviews, it seems legit, tried contacting CTMT from the WhatsApp link found in the Google maps(Why nobody using this easy feature?). He asked to send him video or photo to basically diagnose the issue from surface, after awhile he replied back that he is able to help. Sent on Saturday and git it fixed by Sunday. What a relief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I wanna share my experience here, so my samsung 4K was faulty on the right side of the screen, it was just out of warranty and I asked their technician but it comes up with very very expensive price. So I was searching on google just like you all do on place to repair my tv, So I read the review in google, and I decided to contact Sabry for the repair. He was very responsive and kind, telling my issue of the tv and he gave me the repair price which very affordable compare to the manufacturer’s technician. Sabry provide me the pick up and delivery service. He told me it will take 2-5 days to repair, and it exactly done by the 5th day. I would highly recommend sabry to fix your electronics. He gave me 3 month warranty.all the best man !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 65“ TV went blank & had led backlight problem. An Arab guy (him) came pick it up, after few days & some arguing over the phone (this guy is sooo rude!), he sent it back to us and the tv is not 100% fixed! Even changed my original SHARP plug & broke our external LED lights. Yes got picture in the tv but its sooo dark!! 50% darker than it was before. Can see in the picture.
We told him about this but he said no, its good and watchable. And realllly insisted it is good like normal & we pay full amount. Really??!! He was so stubborn and SUPER RUDE that caused us to call for police. Before the police came, he even tried to get into our house without my husband's permission & broke our grill door. We had lodge a police report for that.
Long story short, after take everything into consideration, we wanted to pay some amount that we think he deserved, like half of the original amount coz we dont want to owe anyone in front of God's eyes. After hard conversation with him, finaly he agreed, but WITH CONDITION THAT I DELETED MY 1 STAR RATING HERE! I was kind enough not to write anything about him here but still, he insisted i delete the 1 star rating. So people wont know the truth. I told him i cant do it because this is my right as a consumer. I appreciate people who tell the truth in review and i always do so myself. He disagreed and until now the matter is unresolved.
Oh forgot to add, during my initial whatsapp conversation with him, i did ask whether the part is original & he said yes. Before that, I asked so many good repair tv guys i found online, they all said the part for my tv is not available and need to order from outside, so when we found him, judging from the good reviews he got, i thought he has the original spare part in hand. But when he came to pick up the tv, i asked my husband to ask him again, and he said its from China. Since we were so desperate to fix the tv, we went along with it. And we are the thief??! Stop spinning the story around.

Saved my Samsung 55 inch TV twice. First time he charged me and gave me a 3 months warranty. Second time he didn't charge me even though it was a different problem.
