Coffee Machine was not turned on and employee did not look ready. TV screens to showcase products were also off. The minute your front door is unlocked, everything should be ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i came at 9.58pm and saw 5 people in the store and then the worker told me its close. cannot buy anything. i came far to just buy an ice cream from the fridge. not at the counter. for many times i ask can i just take and pay. he kept on rejecting and said its close. super bad service, no conscience and empathy. ? next time dont open a store if you dont want customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff appears to be new and very unfamiliar with menu items. Had to repeat my order a few times, and then correct him when the items keyed into cashier was wrong. After correct items were finally keyed in, the staff prepared wrong food and drinks. He seemed very flustered when informed that the items were all wrong. Didn’t want to trouble him further so I accepted the items anyway, even though they were not what I ordered at all.
Please provide better training and support to your staff.

Their latte is cheap and nice too.
