★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abysmal customer service. uses low quality wax; end result is car body is only about 60% smooth. package (when negotiating) tricked me as it doesn't include window polishing (we both agreed on whole car).
Worst of all they BROKE the fitting of my car's spoiler and doesn't take any responsibilities. banning this place, even for simple car wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first bad experience with this place was on 21/6/20. I had my car washed and during the wipe down and vacuuming, one suggested doing a detailing (3 step polishing) and interior upholstery cleaning. I was given to understand that the “3 step polishing” was over 3 visits; at least that was the way the Bangladeshi workers there made it seem to entice me. To cut a long story short, it wasn’t the case ( I discovered this upon my attempt at a 2nd visit; what was worse was that whatever chemical they used had damaged my leather upholstery. I went there again on Sunday 3/10/21 but this time just to wash. The sign at the entrance mentioned a RM1 discount and after the wash and vacuum, I ended up having to pay RM10 and no discount. They tried to do another con job by showing me the fading paintwork etc and I took that opportunity to tell them off. To all who go there: beware of these Bangladeshi workers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to go if u need a quickie.... For your car. Haha. They are rather efficient but I wouldn't say the cleanest. But for the price that you're paying, I wouldn't complain much. I mean it's good for a soapy and fast wipe down. Don't expect spotless squeaky clean car. There will be some dirty water spots on windows or some dirt left in ur bumper or something. Top up RM1 if you'd like to wax your tyres. Otherwise it's all good since I'm too lazy to wash myself
