★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was highly recommended by a good friend for its range of frames, professionalism, price and friendly. I was somewhat sceptical at first, but I gave it a try anyway coz I needed a new pair of multi-focals done.
It was on the first floor of the KK Mart. As I walked into the store, I was immediately amazed by the range of frames they had. Not the 80s or 90s ones...its all up to date! I quickly browsed through the range and immediately fell in love with a pair...which I thought was going to cost a bomb with lenses. Again, I was surprised when the shop assistant showed me their package! The total cost for a pair of multi-focals are RM360 inclusive of lenses. I had mine with transition lens which cost me RM550. My previous opticians would have charged almost RM2k for what I wanted.
They are open from 12pm to 7pm everyday including weekends. The service was very professional, friendly and they would give an honest advice on what is needed rather than making sales. In fact, they declined my wife of her request to make a pair of multi-focals because they said that it wasn't to bad and a waste of money. And it even comes with a 1 year warranty. See?.They're caring!
A single lens (non multi-focal) would cost RM160. You know where I'll be taking my children for prescription glasses now. Well done Ms Chong! Highly recommended.

If I may suggest to the business owner, at least one of the woman there (the other was busy) ought to be replaced cos she could be hurting prospective customers with her glares and stares without acknowledging customers' presence / needs for a good 5 - 10 mins. I can't say more cos I left thereafter
