★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are nice which includes gym, pool, sports and also a jungle trail. It is still new with average residents there. Security is also good with guards patroling and key cards to access certain floors. It is also a distance from busy city life and also markets which is a downside as it wont be easy to get groceries. Overall it is a very nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay condo with decent sized units. The views of KLCC & the Straits of Malacca from the upper floors are excellent, and the height means that there's usually a nice, cool breeze. The pool is great. The other facilities like the fitness room aren't up to par. The jungle on the hill in back is fun to hike through. The build quality of the place is low and most of the owners I've spoken to are disappointed they bought here. There are frequent maintenance issues like broken lifts and poor upkeep of common areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 Sep 2017; We came to check the units in this condo an year ago... we loved it from the beginning... however, it was super far from my office... so we checked out other houses, but could not like anything else... after 1 month we just moved in... and 1 year later, we still love the house, the views, the pool, the wind... you would be surprised that we haven't switched on aircon even once in the last 15 months !!!
Definitely recommended...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here for 3 years. Dissapointed. Very irresponsible management team. Whenever you bring up any issues to them the team won't follow up the progress. Besides most of the units barhroom are stinky because of the drainage system not good. Very smelly. You need to use a cover to close the water hole if you doesn't want to smell all those stinky smells. Workmanship is terrible bad. Noise from lower unit can be heard loudly. Basin all leaking. Unit also leaking from ceiling. Thise who wish to buy a unit here please think twice. Rm700k can get better unit in pj or somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the opening of the Buddies cafe on the 7th floor (swimming pool area) it's a more relaxing place. Don't have to go out to town to look for food. After morning walk can have breakfast there and Chit chat with our walking friends. Quite a variety of foods. To use senior citizens it's very convenient to have a cafe here in the condominium itself.
