★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wedding was held on 7th April 2019. I am really disappointed with the services provided by the Management.
1. Poor communication.
From the first day dealing with the Management till my wedding day, the PIC whom I liaised with was keep on changing from staff to another staff. I must say the internal communication between the Management were in such a poor way, which tend to make me confused with the information that I have communicate to one of the staff that I have already communicate in the first place.
2. No photographer during solemnization event.
I referred to my quotation given by the Organizer, which to include photographer during my once-in-a-lifetime event. Unfortunately, there is no photographer appear during the event as mentioned. However, the Management did cover with another photographer but he turned up late and the Management asked me to stay till 11.30 am to have photoshoot session. While my reception event start at 12 pm, and I need to prepare myself for make up 2 hours before the reception. This problem delays a lot on my wedding day.
3. Quality of the food.
Food provided by the caterer, ayam masak merah, which already spoiled since afternoon. This was informed by few of my friends, friends of my mother and also my relatives. In fact, few of the guests did informed to the caterer that the food is spoiled and taste so bad (masam), however the caterer respond that the food was just okay. Unfortunately, the day after my wedding day, about 60% of my guests that attend to my event are having diarrhea and food poisoning which cause them to take MC for 2 days. I feel so bad with the incident happened to all the guests that involved with the food poisoning.
I would only rate 4 stars to the external panel such as my wedding dress, my bridal dais and make up services provided. Overall the Management still have to improve their services as I already emailed to the Management all my feedback but still haven't received any respond from them.

Nestled between Factory lots the location provide ample parking space.
The food served was nice and I particularly like the Cendol and laksa Penang.
There is a limited space in the air conditioned building which has its advantages in the scorching midday heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time i attend my friend's wedding here. The decoration is cool but the space is too small considering other places which suit for wedding ceremony. Its located at suburban idustrial area and no parking lot available but guest could park their car at shoulder of the road. It got toilet and prayer room for both women & men, which is good and easy for muslim guest. Inside space is too small actually considering for holding a wedding ceremony and only could fit six round tables times ten chairs for VIP. If its a corporate event which invited more than 10 VIPs who come along with families, this place could be crowded. But afraid not, there are arabian tent provided for other guests outside of the building to accommodate more than 200 guests at one time. Personally i think the organizer of the place could improve more after this for the VIP table. I love the decoration of their wedding dais, the decoration of the transparent tent with chandelier and fairylight hanging here and there, the chairs and table and so on. But too bad they didn't provide fans for guest who sit under the tent, maybe there are fans but in limited quantity. Overall the location is good and the organizer did a good job there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was very nice, warm and cozy. This was a multupurpose place to make any events such as wedding, Annual Dinner and many others. Even this place was small, but the outside got some more big space to make an event. I have been here for Silat Annual Dinner. The food is quite nice.
