Although might be the cheapest price in the market.
1. Not keen in following up process.
- Always last minute inform.
- Not organise of reno process.
2. Recommending unqualify electrical contractor.
- Aircond looping with wall plug socket and lighting.
- Water heater cable looping with power plug point.
- Wrong consultation to install 100A ELCB on single phase power source.
3. Promised and quote painting for entire hse but end up skip painting for certain wall.
4. Sink Plumbing leakage.
Conclusion. Irresponsible contractor with bad services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it might be the cheapest price in town but bear in mind that it comes with price; sluggish, delayed. my house can be completely renovated within 1-2 months but it took 4 months to finish the job (only dry and wet kitchen). like one of the reviewers mentioned, need to scold only they take us seriously, otherwise, they will take us for granted. I'm quite disappointed as I believe we are all adults, no need to behave such way, treating like school kids. ones must know their own responsibilities. i guess their problems lie with many offers on the table due to their cheap price to the extent they can't handle the expectation of clients and finish the works on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time service is terrible. For the past 6 years their installer team was good enough. This time Poor workmanship compared to last time service due to rushing job, wrong measurement taken even 3 times on site measurement done. Some of their installer are not expert doing installation. After sales service also very bad. Be careful to those who want to choose this company. Not all installer are experienced enough. Got defect here and there. The price maybe cheaper from others but the service will caused u headache!
