★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no phone number to call and no website to check. This is honestly unacceptable in 2022. Please see the attached picture for their latest operating hours.
My experience there was fast, and there is plenty of parking space. Just fill in a Google Form, 2 paper forms, and show them the test result on your MySejahtera app and you're done.

This place is for removing the quarantine band in JB.
I have completed the formality in 15 min and immediately my Mysejahtera status has been changed from suspected case to low risk.
