I received a card from Dior HQ telling me that I can redeem a complimentary STAR bag charm at any Dior boutique. I visited Penang Gurney Plaza Dior boutique this afternoon to redeem it. One of the sales assistants said that I could only get that charm if I purchase something from the boutique. I asked her to read the Dior card because it is not stated that I must purchase something to get the charm. She asked her manager and her manager said the same thing to me. I patiently passed the Dior card to her manager and asked her to read the card carefully. She asked me to wait for a while and later she came back with a DARK BLUE BEE bag charm. She said the STAR bag charm was out of stock and if I didn’t like it, I could try my luck at other Dior boutiques. I was so disappointed with the customer service and decided to leave. I called Penang Queensbay Mall Dior boutique later on and my problem was solved. I managed to redeem the STAR bag charm and was extremely happy with the first class customer service delivered by one of the sales assistants. He was polite and very helpful. My advice to the manager and sales assistants at Gurney Plaza Dior Boutique : please upgrade your customer service skills. Thank you.

Been there a few times and their service is still disappointing. Arrogant and rude. Please give a proper training to your staffs. They are hurting your brand image.

Been there a few times with my wife. At first she was so delighted with the brand and ranges of products available there to suit her skincare routine’s needs. But to our utter disappointment, there’s a personnel there by the name Jeanne would gave us a lackadaisical service while she was there. The entire experience of shopping and browsing at the outlet became unpleasant and we chose to leave immediately, and most probably won’t be coming back, unless we don’t see her face in there anymore. It’s unbelievable that such an established company would hire such an individual as their representative. It’s a huge disgrace for them and a total disappointment for us.

Recently went over to Dior @ Gurney Plaza to get their skin care samples to try before purchasing it but one of the old sales person doesnt look happy and helpful. I even told the old lady that I have sensitive skin but she keep pushing me to get the whole sets which costs RM3k+. Totally disappointed with her service, doesnt meet the customer needs and not being helpful. Please think twice before stepping in Dior @ Gurney Plaza. My advice is please visit other outlet but not Gurney Plaza.

He was also very knowledgeable in his product knowledge and recommend the best to customers. Highly recommend to find him when you visit the store ? Definitely will revisit ✨

I didn’t ask for the sales person’s name who’s assisting me that day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I arrived at the store, the sales person already assisting other customer, there’s another employee ( I supposed ) sitting at the table but didn’t seems to be helpful at all. 4 star given only because that sales person. The other employee seems like didn’t welcom customer at all.

Went to Dior at Gurney Plaza that day. The staff doesn't welcome us, we waited for a couple of minutes. No one wants to serve us! Ok, then, the guy staff finally came to us, but without any greetings or any words. Just stand over there. We asked for the product, but he doesn't want to talk more or introduce other similar products to us. Service seriously need to be improve, not friendly at all. End out, we just walk away.

If you would like to experience what is “bad service”, this place is definitely a go-to. Coming from such a prestigious and well-known brand, you can never believe how this place actually brings out the meaning of bad service to the fullest. Speaking from my own experience; I have recently purchased an item from this branch which was found faulty later. It is a serious QC failure coming from DIOR, which could result permanent damage to my skin. I have then proceeded to return the item and hope for a better explanation and compensation. This is where the nightmares and the “bad service” began. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED by how they handled this, from DIOR. They do not take into consideration of customers’ concerns, By saying we will replace you a new product and ta-da, that’s it. If you would like to visit this branch, think again. If you would like to purchase anything, check again and again.
