Bad: Went to change screen protector and was made to pay RM75 extra hidden charge i.e. 'cleaned up phone surfaces'. I didn't mind paying if you informed me beforehand! Hmmm.. now that when I think again, RM75 for alcohol used to clean up the phone surface? Really?

Answer my questions in bad manner..staff oso wear mask below nose..please change your staff..
