★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of my part is spoilt due to defect and toyota is agreed for replacement. customer service told me that the part will arrive maximum 4 weeks time. after 4 weeks of waiting, i call customer service for an update, then i receive notice that part to arrive another 3-4 weeks. i hope your tracking system will send reminder instead of the other way round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable lounge. With 2 separated seating areas for us to do what we need to while waiting. Food and beverages prepared is adequate and satisfactory. Efficient customer service as well. Would definitely recommend this centre

They also do well on follow up with you.
What’s best is they have one super awesome waiting area.
Good aircond, good nasi lemak, good curry puff and also they will play movie at the waiting lounge. The food is great and at no charge.
It’s a very good place to pass time and even you can work there while waiting for your car to be serviced. You won’t feel long waiting there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just move to sungai buloh and this is the nearest Toyota service centre around my place now. big premise aside of service centre the showroom is also available. this is my 3rd scheduled service for my new Toyota after the first 2 services i did from segambut branch. normal rate of charge and normal period of waiting. the customer lounge is super comfortable with nice decor, large screen n like any other branches got free beverages. staff are friendly n helpful n need to share my personal experience not knowingly i left some cash inside car n the counter person said service guy found it n they hand back to to me. if anything happens to that cash i will forever not aware of that as i already totally forgot about that. big salute to all counter person n service people......
