★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once & it will be the last for me. I usually sent my dry cleaning clothes to Azira Laundry in Sec10, S.Alam. But because they can't deliver my dry-cleaned clothes within few days, so I had to find alternative. Found this shop & I told the owner I need my blazer to be cleaned in 2-days time because I need to use it for some important event especially on the white- piping & I was willing to pay surcharge. They didn't have the courtesy to call me to inform that my blazer's white-piping cannot be cleaned thoroughly til the day I came to pick up my blazer & I was very furious & frustrated with their service. No refund given or any effort to make their customer feels happy again..
