★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional Doctor! Give all the bad review in front of patient and discourage the patient without proper fact and data. In fact another doctor has already said that the patient has very high chance to recover and become normal again. Avoid this stupid Doctor at all cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Sunway medical all they care about isnwhether you have medical card or not. If no medical card they know they can dig deep into.your pockets. First thing they ask is medical card. Review on this doctor, first see already scare you and quite nasty. I wonder where is a instinct of a doctor having the heart to treat patient. Absolutely NO. This sunway medical we already say we suspect stroke, they ask us to do MRI which we did. End up we find out that since u suspect stroke u should MRI thr head and the neck to see if there is vessel bloackage. They only did the head. Means need to do again. Not only that, since we not on medical card doctor say refer us to a cardiologist in other hospital because want to check if heart got blockage. But refer letter never mention. When we reach UMMC we have to start all over again from clinic. Imagine a patient with confirm mild stroke already has to go through the hassle of moving everywhere to seek medical help. Richard chua didnt even advise if we were to do it in sunway what will be the cost like. Just straight refer us out without proper explaination. We were already shock with his explaination. Didnt actually think that we can do the scan in sunway medical itself. If possible i wish to sue this hospital for having such unpractical doctors. They are killer not healer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time, unpleasant experience. Unprofessional, arrogant, impatient and rude. Didn't listen to patient's explanation on discomfort at all. Kept insisting and repeating his point of view the whole time but didn't further explain to patient nor give any solution. Kept arguing about patient's previous medical history and diagnosis rather than accessing patient's current condition. Even answered personal phone call during session without at least telling patient to excuse him for taking an important call. At the end, wasted money and patient is back to square one, like never consulted neurologist at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read all the review and wanted to change another doc. Others were not available. I have to see him.. it was my bad day. The patient did not have pleasant experience with this doc. He did not listen at all to the patient. Keep telling what he think. He was not attentive to the pain patient had. At the end nothing he did. Please do not go to him
