★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought steel cabinets on sale in perfect condition, upon delivery the items had multiple scratches and dents. Can't return because it's a display unit. Seriously your delivery needs improvement, don't just wrap your products in thin plastic wrap. That marks the last time I'm buying anything from here.

Bought 2 office chairs from them separately, both delivered with dusty rollers (abit muddy too) and they explained that was caused by the delivery man?? And they expected customer to clean it ourselves.
The only credit I can give is to their staff, Shirlyn whom is friendly and patience in answering my queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a request to move 4 pcs of office partitions n 8 standalone desks with small cabinets from the front room to the back room of my shoplot, abt 80ft length shoplot.
The service manager charged me rm520 for service which i paid with no knowledge how much work n complications to make the move.
The DSOP guys came, in less than 10 mins job done. All they did was dislodge the piece that joined 2 partition wall together. Then carry over to the back room.
No dismantling or assembling, no expertise advice on best set up following new SOP, didn't even place the desk spacing for comfortable seating/working. They left.
Made service compliant that charging rm520 is exorbitant for carrying 4 partition walls, 8 standalone desk but service manager refuse to reduce rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very dishonest business company! I have purchased 2 office chairs from this shop, one of the unit lumbar support broken within 1 week. Indoor sales is very kind help to proceed warranty claim, but keep drag no response on the returning date until complaint get informed my chair was arranging return back(1 month later).
When checking repaired chair lumbar support was good replaced, and highlighted why so dirty on chair base, get replies "dirty during transportation" and clean it immediately.
After home notice this is used unit growing a lot of spider web inside base, wear & tear scratch wheels.
A very great artful deal paid for new chair get a used unit!
For those who receive product better checking on each part & reject if any dissatisfied, very disappointed on this shop!
