★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For online purchases like shopee it is very slow. I ordered the aquarium stand on 2.11.2020 but until now the goods have not been delivered. I tried to contact many times but there was no answer from the store. I am very disappointed. I hope the store gives an explanation for the delay in sending my goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U can get many things for your pet in this shop (fish esp, sth for ur cat & dogs), but the arrangement is messy. You may need assistance from the shop keepers in order to search for what you want.
Price is reasonable.
Shop keepers are very helpful too (this compensate for the untidiness of the shop).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the high end brand of pet food can be found here (Dogs & Cats) . Equipment (Water Pumps, Medication and Decorative items . Submersible lamps of various colours & sizes is also plentiful. The various breed of cats on sale will leave u breathless. There are adequate number of shop attendant to help customers.
My only grouse is the price of their merchandise. If the management can lower the current price of their goods, I'm sure they will profit healthily and might even win over customers from other shops.

Would recommend as the one stop shop to anyone staying in Alor Setar looking for pet supply.
