β β β β β Initial investigation on my dryer was quick. However was disappointed in the service of constant empty promises on delivery date. Took a RM400 deposit which was delayed for at least a month to repair total cost of about rm 600.
After the repair, my dryer sounds unusually loud and had noises that was not present when it broke down nor when it was working perfectly. Loud whirring and vibrating sounds appeared immediately. Sure enough, the dryer did not last 6 months and usage was kept to a minimum of once a week compared to previously being able to run 7 days a week.
Side note, service was also slightly rough, with hygiene not being the best. Left personal food garbage at the front of house trash door openly.
Conclusion: does fix your appliance, but don't expect it to last

β β β β β Beware dealing with this guy. Set deal to come, but not show up. Gave me 1001 reasons. 100% waste my time trusting this incompetence old man. Better find other repair person. Avoid! avoid! avoid!

β β β β β My Electrolux washing machine door couldn't open on Tuesday 20 April morning. I called this guy and he said straight away the door is broken. I was asked to WhatsApp the photo of the machine model and the door to him. Again he said the same thing. He told me the cost to replace is RM270. I requested if he come over the same day. He said I'm not the only customer in town. He committed to come next morning.
On Wednesday morning, he called to ask whether I really wanted to buy the spare part since he was at the factory but told me the cost is RM280. i just asked how come the price changed from RM270 to RM280. Very unhappily he said he would only charge me RM270. He committed to come at 2pm. I waited until 7pm but he never turned up or called me to say he was not coming. At 8,19 pm, I WhatsApped him that SINCE HE DID NOT MANAGE to come that afternoon, please come between 1.30pm to 4.00pm on Thursday because I will only be home during those hours.
At 2,40pm on Thursday, I WhatsApped him whether he would be coming before 4pm but there was no response from him.
This morning (Friday), I asked him to confirm whether he was coming as I need to remove the clothes from the machine. They have been inside there three days already. If he was not coming, I will have to look for someone else.
His instant reply was that he WORRIED that I can't afford to pay! That's why he didn't turn up!!!!
He claimed he has 34 years experience in repairing work and that RM270 was big money to me!
He said he serviced all VIP and VVIP. He actually looked down on me when I innocently asked why there is a price difference.
He is very arrogant and very rude as some reviews had said. I actually read the bad reviews about him only after arranging for his service but I thought since the arrangement was made, just let it be.
I advise those who have not used his service to AVOID HIM AT ALL COST. It's not worth wasting your time and money dealing with this irresponsible and arrogant character!

β β β β β My machine has a beeping sound and after completing a wash cycle the lights on the panel were still moving on the temperature and cycle run with an irritable beeping sound whenever it jumps from 1 to the next. Technician changed the motherboard and left with promise that if problem persist call him again. Washed the next day and the problem is not rectified at all!! Called the technician several times and despite saying he will come did not. Very unprofessional and charges are exorbitant. Very unhappy with the service

β β β β β First of all, I would like to thanks my friend for introducing such a professional service provider without causing a massive headache hence from my previous technician.
Straight to the point, no pushing around, such a high value and knowledgeable about what going on. The given costing also quite competitive because I knew from my previous experiences.
Delivery on time as promised. Excellent workmanship as I can see from the way they handled my washer. And the plus point was they cleaned up your area after installation.
My machine is currently working perfectly without any disturbance, hopefully you can continue to provide such a good services to others.
From my point of view, itβs highly recommended for anyone who needed such services.

β β β β β He gave his name as Eric, he charges MYR90 as visitation fees, any repairs if charged separately. Our Electrolux Machine have error message E10 & he came & after replacing the water pump, he charges MYR370 but the issue got worse after 2 washes & we have been trying to get him back to rectify the problems, but he have all sorts of excuses, and making appointments, but not showing up! more than 1.5 months have passed, we have to send our laundry out for washing since! Donβt think he will comeβ¦.promise to come past Wednesday, 6 April 2022, but as expected - did not show up!!!! Con man!!! Hope to find a recourse for these unscrupulous human! Electrolux should screen thru these websites to weed out all these crooks!
