★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales rep suggested me to book first and I can get full report if I want to cancel within 5 days. I was cheated when I cancel on the 4th day, I can only get back 50%. The excuse given is developer refused to do full refund. At first place why the sales company committed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not attracted w the location of the property and i dont think the price reflects the property value. Sales team leverages too much on surrounding area, but the surrounding area is quite a distance away. Rooms layout is quite small and not so ideal for student if it is meant for renting later. Might consider if the price point is right, but for now other properties may look more promising that Embayu.
