They try to charge us for repair cost from the container defects which clearly not caused by us (with very clear and reasonable evidence submitted), they still decided to charge without any chance for further dispute. I would give 0 stars and urging to no avoid using their service at all cost.
Also follow up is really terrible from executive to management level.
