★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Green tea is also a good choice. Went there after I had my lunch at Ee Ji Ban Chicken Rice Ball. The range of choices are a lot. I even ordered Matcha Latte but too bad, i didn’t capture any photo of it.

As i've already emailed and done feedback on your apps several times but no response from your team, here i attached my issues AGAIN.
I attended your outlet at Melaka Raya last Friday (1.10.2021) around 10:45am. I've been served so rudely by one of your staff named NORIZZATI. At first she didn't listen to my order until I finished talking. She straight away does the product and is still wrong! Only then she told me the product is not available. I asked for another item but quickly she said 'tak ada' without looking at my finger pointing at the menu. Not long after that, she told me that the item I asked for is available.
After my payment is completed, NORIZZATI does all the items that I purchased. While she is doing that, she bangs loudly and rudely all over the oven door and chiller door near the counter. Last but not least, she rudely provoked me by saying 'CUSTOMER MACAM SIAL' right in front of my face. After all of my items were completed, she just put my food and drink down as i'm not exist there. SHE PUT MY FOOD RUDELY WITHOUT SAYING THANK YOU OR 'dah siap kak' or whatsoever. When i asked 'semua dah ke?' she replied 'DAH!!" with improper intonation. I've always attended your outlet here as I am working nearby. This is the WORST experience I've been through so far. Pls contact me via this email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded place, long queue but the staffs were well composed and efficient. Was having problem getting the app to work but the staff assisting me was very patient. Was there at 8pm, 18 July. Good service.
